After 2 consecutive typhoons that hit our country (Philippines) this month, I was saddened by the fact that a lot of my countrymen were severely affected by the damages that the typhoon left. The same month last year had also hit the same region, that was considered a catastrophe. Luckily, the area where I am situated, although also in the harms way, was spared by the typhoon’s wrath. Thank God for answering our prayers.

This photo of mine was taken a day after a heavy rain struck our area and a morning sun greeted our day. There is something in this bud that captured and totally caught my attention, that after the storm, there is always a HOPE for everything. A HOPE that life must go on. A HOPE that there’s always an END to every problem. A HOPE for a better tomorrow. This so-called BUD, was just waiting for the right time. A perfect timing for that HOPE to rise.
